Refund Policy

1.1 Refunds are not available once an order has been placed. In the event that individual guests are unable to attend, Fun and Bark welcomes the substitution of a new guest attending in their place or the reselling of tickets. Notification of such substitutions or changes must be provided via email, including the name and email address of the substitute/new guest.

1.2 Time sessions are communicated to the email/phone number associated with ticket purchases. Failure to attend the allocated time session may result in denial of entry to a different session if the venue is at capacity. No refunds will be issued for any mistakes made by ticket holders.

1.3 No refunds will be provided for ticket holder cancellations or non-attendance.

1.4 Fun and Bark shall not be liable for any travel, accommodation, or other associated costs and expenses incurred (including wasted costs and expenses) if an event is canceled or relocated due to reasons beyond our control.

Changes & Cancellations of an Event

2.1 Circumstances beyond our reasonable control may necessitate alterations to the advertised content, timing, and/or location of an event. Fun and Bark reserves the right to make such changes at any time. In the event of postponement and/or alteration of the time and/or location of an event, notification will be provided via email or through corresponding Facebook Event posts. Refund requests due to changes must be submitted within 3 days following the announcement.

Liability

3.1 Fun and Bark, its affiliates, and organisers are not liable for any damages, losses, costs, human or animal injuries, claims, or expenses arising out of or in connection with any event or ticket purchase made by you. This includes negligence or other actions, except where such liability cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law, including but not limited to: Death, personal injury, or pet injury caused by negligence. Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
3.2 By attending an event organised by Fun and Bark, you acknowledge your responsibility for ensuring that your dog is covered by appropriate pet insurance. Fun and Bark shall not be liable for any injury or loss to your dog or any third party, including yourself, resulting from your attendance at the event. This includes but is not limited to injuries to yourself or your dog, or damage to your property or that of others.
